Launch Offer Terms
1. Offer Details
Haikuo is offering a limited-time promotional discount on all services valued at £3,000 or more, as well as a referral fee for qualifying referrals.
1.1 Discount Tiers
- 30% discount for services booked and signed before September 14, 2024 for the first 10 clients to claim the offer
- 20% discount for services booked and signed before September 19, 2024 for the first 10 clients to claim the offer
- 5% discount for services booked and signed between September 19, 2024, and September 30, 2024
- Contract must have an initial value £3000, our current minimum price on all activities is £2000
1.2 Referral Fee
A £200 referral fee will be paid for each new client referral that results in a booked service with a minimum spend of £3,000 exc VAT.
2. Eligibility
- This offer is open to new and existing clients.
- The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
3. How to Claim
- To claim the discount, mention the “Launch Promo” when booking your service.
- For referral fees, the referring party must notify Haikuo of the referral before the new client books a service.
4. Limitations
- The promotional discount can be used once per client during the promotional period.
- Haikuo reserves the right to refuse any referral or discount claim that does not meet the terms of this offer.
5. Referral Program Details
- Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of the referred client’s service being completed and paid in full.
- The referrer must be an individual or business entity, not an employee of Haikuo.
6. Modification or Termination
Haikuo reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this promotional offer will be resolved according to Haikuo’s standard dispute resolution process.
